As Foresters, we are close to nature – that’s why you’ll often find game meat with us, which is typical for this region and which we prepare with respect for both tradition and the ingredient itself.

Our goal is for guests to take away not only a culinary experience but also a sense of connection with the place they are in. We produce many things ourselves – for example, our own honey, which you can also purchase from us.

In the heart of Šumava, we brew our own beer – bottom-fermented lagers that honor Czech tradition. We offer light, semi-dark, and dark lagers, which are created right before your eyes – you can observe the entire brewing process directly from our restaurant.
Each season brings new flavors – we brew seasonal specials, such as lighter fruit beers ideal for summer, especially popular among cyclists. Every month, we introduce a new flavor, so you can keep coming back for a fresh experience.
