Our restaurant builds on the tradition of South Bohemian cuisine, utilizing the best the Šumava region has to offer. We cook with quality, predominantly local ingredients, emphasizing freshness, seasonality, and authentic preparation.

As Foresters, we are close to nature – that’s why you’ll often find game meat with us, which is typical for this region and which we prepare with respect for both tradition and the ingredient itself.
